What No One Tells You About Runner Problems

If you have ever struggled with pain or injury from running, this blog post provides all of the information you need to identify the problem and start taking massive action and living in the solution. It's on you and only you.

#1 Most Common Runner Problem: Pain From Running

If you run on a regular basis, you have most likely experienced significant pain from running at some point in your running career. Foot pain? Ankle pain? Knee pain? Anywhere else? Think about it.

#2 Most Common Runner Problem: Injury From Running

It is also very common for people who run to be sidelined for days, weeks, or months due to an injury from running. Anything come to mind? Think about yourself and others.

The Truth About Runner Problems

I am about to share the cause of most runner problems, but you must first:

  • Be honest
  • Keep an open-mind
  • Pay attention to the information
  • Read the entire blog post
  • Don't immediately say "That's not it"
  • Get out of your emotions

Note: If you're ready to do ALL of the above bullet points, keep on reading. If not, go do something else because you are wasting your time.

Identify What Caused Your Runner Problems

The truth about running is everywhere but most people ignore it. People are being fed bad information and your perception about running injuries is not reality.

Here are the most common causes of pain or injuries from running:

I. Major Cause of Runner Problems: The majority of runners follow generic training plans or group programs based on a model or "typical" runner and they usually get injured.
II. Major Cause of Runner Problems: Most runners target the wrong intensity/volume/work-rest ratio so their desired training effects are not reached and they often get injured.
III. Major Cause of Runner Problems: Many runners perform random workouts at random times instead of strategically organizing their workouts to build up for race day so underperformance, plateaus, and injuries become the norm.
IV. Major Cause of Runner Problems: The most common reason runners do not reach their potential is because they progress workouts too fast and too soon so the insufficient or lack of recovery leads to injuries and more lack thereof or minimal progress.

Those are the biggest issues plaguing the running industry whether you want to deny it or not.

Bad training, mainly a lack of precision and structure, is an epidemic.

In the face of a lack of consciousness, and overwhelming ignorance, people are not getting to the solution and they are usually not identifying the problem.

It's truly insane.

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

THE SOLUTION TO RUNNER PROBLEMS IS SIMPLE....

DO THE OPPOSITE OF ALL OF THE MAJOR CAUSES OF RUNNER PROBLEMS

I help people overcome pain and injuries every day by following this solution.

One of my athletes recently said:

"YOU TOOK ME FROM AN INJURED RUNNER TO RUNNING FURTHER AND FASTER THAN EVER BEFORE WITHOUT ANY PAIN."

Your perception of reality is based on what you want or do not want to be true.

This post will transform you from weak to strong in running (and in life). But it's on you and only you.
